With Twitter, I think it&#039;s key to have something worth saying, whether it&#039;s funny, businesslike, etc. and to have a conversation, not a &quot;blast&quot; of information.

I did sell a house off of Twitter. My future client found me on Twitter, followed some of my links to some of my blog posts, liked what she read and then reached out to me.  I don&#039;t believe that Twitter by itself sells agents, who sell houses. Instead it&#039;s a way to be found. From there you&#039;ve got to have a reason for someone to want to contact you. For most agents, the blog (or an amazingly good website) will be that reason.</description>
