We Will See You at Keller Williams Mega Camp!

This year in addition to exhibiting at the Keller Williams Mega Camp, we are truly excited to be hosting an evening of food, cocktails and networking at the Downtown Hilton Austin on Monday September 13 Wednesday, September 15, 2010 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We’re scheduling this event to dovetail with the agenda for Mega Camp. If you are attending Mega Camp or live in the Austin area, don’t miss this chance to network with other Real Pro Systems clients. Come hungry and ready to share!

We will set up different discussion tables to facilitate conversations with agents who have similar interests. Possible topics include “Managing a Team with Platinum” or “Inexpensive and Effective Stealth Site Marketing”, to name a few.

We’ve Moved!!

Did you hear? Earlier this month we moved our offices at 1200 Executive Parkway, Ste 400, Eugene OR.   The new offices provide a 75% increase in square footage over the previous facility to comfortably house the expanding team.  During the last 18 months the employee base has grown by nearly 50% despite the severe downturn in the housing market.  The company’s revenue has increased by more than 25% year over year, and that growth is accelerating.  This is the second office move in the last three years to accommodate our continued growth.

“We are extremely pleased with our continued growth, expansion, and profitability, especially in today’s economic climate,” said Real Pro Systems general manager, Caine O’Brien.  “Our new facility will accommodate expected staff increases over the next 12 months, and our expansion rights ensure we can continue growing without moving for the next five years,” O’Brien said.

The company’s ongoing rapid growth comes at a time when the real estate market is challenged, and real estate internet marketing companies are generally contracting.  Real Pro Systems has continually invested in new technology and customer support staff throughout the downturn, maintaining a “high tech, high touch” approach to its clients.  As a result, the company is taking market share from the competition.  “Now that we have the room we need, our biggest challenge in maintaining our growth going forward is hiring and training quality employees in a timely and efficient manner,” O’Brien added.
